ph11b applies the principle of data minimization. We collect only the personal data that is necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, payment processing, security, and the improvement of the ph11b Platform.
ph11b does not send promotional communications unless you have explicitly opted in during registration or via your account settings. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your account access.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to cause harm to ph11b players, ph11b will notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required under RA 10173.
This Policy applies to all personal data collected by ph11b in connection with the operation of the ph11b online casino platform, including data collected through ph11b.org, any associated mobile-optimized web interfaces, and all communications between ph11b and its players via live chat, email, Viber, and Messenger.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that may be referenced or accessible from ph11b. ph11b is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or affiliate partners, whose own privacy policies govern the data they independently collect.
ph11b's game library includes titles from providers such as JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution Gaming. While these providers supply certified game software to ph11b, the data processing relationship between ph11b and its players remains governed by this Policy — not by the game providers' privacy policies. Game providers do not independently receive ph11b player personal data unless such sharing is expressly required for technical integration and disclosed in Section 7 of this Policy.
ph11b is the personal information controller ("PIC") with respect to the personal data it collects from players on the ph11b Platform. As PIC, ph11b determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, player personal data is processed, in accordance with the DPA and its Implementing Rules.

If ph11b becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete such data, close the associated account, and return any funds deposited in compliance with its Terms & Conditions. The ph11b Platform may contain references to third-party services — including payment providers such as GCash and Maya, and support channels such as Viber and Facebook Messenger — whose own privacy policies govern the personal data you share directly with those services. ph11b is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and recommends that you review their privacy policies independently.
Game providers integrated into the ph11b Platform (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) supply game software and RNG technology to ph11b under licensing agreements. Their game engines process outcome data in real time for game integrity purposes, but ph11b remains the PIC with respect to player personal data as defined in this Policy. ph11b's data processing agreements with game providers restrict their use of any technically transmitted data to purposes strictly necessary for game operation.
ph11b may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its data processing practices, applicable law, or Platform features.
